Long ago, disease was the result of attached spirits that entered the place or body then agitating it, disturbing it and ultimately making it crazy or deeply ill.  This way of thinking is the result of shamanism, the ancestral form of medicine in all parts of the world. It was therefore necessary to drive away disease, both in the body and in communities through conversation with the invasive spirits and either appeasing them or driving them away as guided to do, hence the numerous ceremonies whose purpose was to get the demons to leave the area or body.

In 2014 I was invited to do Ayahuasca at a mansion in Malibu.  As an empath I knew I would not know the difference between purging of myself or others and the idea of a group in a big mansion was intimidating, so I declined the offer but I asked the guide if he would consider to guide me privately.  He did.  The journey was so clearing and so profound that I shamanized in 25 solo journeys that summer whereby I also developed a Solo process with the intent for my own easy at home method for bi-annual clearings which I still do regularly.
